Topic: two small questions regarding SVP and SMplayer

Hey everyone,

bought svp 4 pro earlier today and its great!
I havent changed any settings besides making the border bars black instead of having the lightning effect.
But i've noticed that sometimes whilst playing a movie (Was watching final fantasy XV Kingsglaive for example) that it sometimes speeds up by ALOT whilst the audio doesnt. how do I fix this?


specs:
gtx 980ti
i7 6700k
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram

also second question. does anyone know how to enable madvr on smplayer? I cant find it.


I hope someone can help me with this as I love this so much but its annoying to have it speed up each time.

edit: should I just switch player maybe? would that fix it. if so to which player.?

Edit: Sorry. I was wrong. SMPlayer don't work with ReClock.

To work with SVP SMPlayer uses mpv multimedia engine. So, you can't use madVR renderer with it. But you can adjust video output settings.

P.S. Yes you can try another player: I like MPC-HC, PotPlayer and mpv.

I recommend you use MPC x64 + Madvr + SVP
