Best settings for high-end computer w/ SVP-Pro with MPC-HC + madVR?

As the title says, I'm trying to find the best possible playback I can get with MPC, SVP, and madVR all working in tandem on Windows 10 64-bit. My specs are as follows:

processor: Intel i7-7700K (4.8GHz, O.C. @ 1.35V)
motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero
memory: G.SKILL TridentZ 16GB (3600MHz, O.C. @ 1.35V)
graphics: Nvidia GTX Titan Xp
storage: Samsung 960 Pro (1TB)
cooler: Kraken X62 dual-radiator
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 T2
monitor: Asus ROG SWIFT PG248Q (24", 1080p, 180Hz)
