I just playback a H.265/HEVC video but SVP dos NOT work

I guess it doesn't matter what video you play as long as video chain is maintained properly (player or player+ffdshow > avisynth/vapoursynth > SVP)

That is completely incorrect. It certainly works perfectly with mpv.

I have to admit it seems partly true. There are 4k HDR mkvs that dont work via mpc or mpv. SVP doesnt react. Other files work. Its a bit strange. Anyway, is anyone working on HDR files support? smile
