Topic: Transcoding exportfile: Remove left and right black bars 16:9 file

I have a 16:9 file with black bars left and right. By transcoding I want export it to a 4:3 file without the blackbars. Is this possible?

It's very simple possible in control panel > Framesize > fixed aspect ratio > 4:3
