Can someone help me reduce the HEVC decoding load to the GPU?

Dear all,

I currently have an FX-8350 from an old gaming PC that switched media server. It is possible to tie it in a way via HEVC and SVP encryption but spike when doing both. The H264 files are very simple but I'm currently re-encoding my entire library to H265 to extend the need for more storage. I closed my eyes on a 1050ti but wondered if this investment was worth it. I am aware that SVP mainly uses cpu to interpolate the frame but if I can offload all the decoding to dGPU, the overall performance will increase, right?
