How does SVP support 5900x？

The setting is AMD 5900X+RTX3080.

I want to use both SVP and madVR in 4K HDR (10bit) video.

If I use SVP+madVR in 4K HDR video, will this setting be enough?

If I set the CPU runnig SVP and GPU for madVR, is it feasible? Or is there any better suggestion?
