Is there a reason why 30fps is not an option? Is there anyway to create a profile for 30fps?

Because most content is already at 24FPS, 25FPS, or 30FPS

So when you double that, you get 48, 50, and 60 respectively.

If you want 30FPS for a 30FPS video, just change your monitor refresh rate to 30Hz and watch without SVP.

If you want to double a 15FPS video to 30FPS, then you can also change your monitor refresh rate to 30Hz and use SVP's to screen, and it will double it to 30FPS.

Also You can create profile. You need to set setting fi_target = 30 in All settings.
Add new profile, select some custom framerate. For example 45 fps. Then find 45 in all setting and change value to 30:
SVP menu Application settings - Additional options - All settings... - type in search field: target and change fi_target from 45 to 30.
