Problem of using the svpcast for streaming

I want to use the svpcast for streaming the film from my desktop to my mobile phone. When I start to stream , the svpcast will generate a link for other device to entry the video streaming with the link. I can entry the link with my mobile phone but it only work when my phone is using the  home wifi network. If my phone is using the 4G or 5G network, my phone can't not entry the link and the website will show 127.0.0.1 err_connection_refused this code.

What can I do ?
