Topic: Simple Setting for advanced encoding

Need answer for some simple setting for encoding Anime
What im using is Movie Frame Rate X3
Optimized for animation and Masking disabled

Advanced Encoding Setting
libx265
crf=21
preset=very fast

Is there anything to improve in the setting?

And also,does encoding need higher RAM and does encoding on SSD make the encoding rate faster than using HDD

Ryzen 5 1600
GTX 1060 6GB
RAM 1 X 8GB
Win 10 Pro 64

Is there a way to search this forum.I cant find the search button.I want to know how to make MKV file appear as thumbnail rather than generic icon.

Edit.It not that its not showing MKV thumbnail but rather it not showing 10bit video yhimbnail
