Topic: 15% is too small of the scene change threshold setting

The maximum 15% is too small of the scene change threshold setting in RIFE AI engine , and many scenes will be clearly stuck. I hope the setting range is wider.

App. settings -> All settings, search for "rife_sc", set it to anything you like.
