Conditions for Applying the Profile does not works and error crash

Hi i have two issues.

1. Even though I choose sum conditions for applying the manual profile, SVP operate "automatic" always.
How can I solve this problem? Sucah as file path, video player, network stream all not working.

It works well several weeks ago, but after some day it does not works now...

2. Attached crash occurred when rotate on Daum pot player during svp pro on
I found same problem here "https://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=7061" but seems not solved in history.
The version of avisynth is 1.4.7.0 (AVSF: found 64-bit version 1.4.7.0 [C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP 4\avsf\avisynth_filter_64.ax])

I heard from the pot player's devloper that this is the problem of SVP 4 PRO and can see some of same issue reports in community in my nation.
