Is it possible to go from UHD 24hz to 60hz without losing HDR or PQ?

Hi!
I may be moving to a projector that does not have interpolation so I was planning to use SVP again but I also read that maybe converting my movies to 60fps with SVP could be better than doing it real time since I also use madvr for  DTM and I dont think my 4070 will be able to handle all that properly.
