I cannot select this menu "GPU accelation (OPENCL)"

But my video card is nvidia gforce GT 430  and It can run opencl program perfectly.

Have you change video card recently?
If "yes" then most likely you've got some AMD stuff left in your system.
If "no" please post full CLinfo output here.
