Topic: How does one keep svp index abov 1.0 consistently?

Hi, how does one keep svp index above 1.0 consistently? Or is it normal to have the value between 0.97x  and above? I have 3 different computers, with a different levels of hardware, but they all have that same values.

SVP-index shows current video speed index relatively real-time speed. Normally it must be equal to 1 while playing.

So what I'm getting 0.97 to 1.01x fluctuating, isn't good right, it has to be consistent  1 or higher?

Fluctuating is possible because of precision of measurements.
Place mouse cursor over SVP-index graphic and see average means.

Means below or above 1.0 is bad. 1.0 - is good.
