Topic: Severe Stuttering when using a TV tuner on MPC with SVP

I have to turn it off. If I record the stream (with VLC) and then play it back in MPC, it fixes, but if I play Live tv, it stutters severely.

Looks like your CPU or GPU performance is too low.
