Help with amd R9 290

Hi,

I have a problem with this card because of poor performance with svp, after the run svpmark I have a score for the gpu of 4056 when other card like 7970 have scored 6000-8000 so I'm expect to do a little better or at the least the same not half of the performance!
I have an I5-2500k that score 2300 overclocke to 4.7Ghz.

When I paly a video I can see that the cpu goes around the 80% but the GPU stay like in idle even with the OpenCl enabled.

What was worng? the driver? some optimizatio  of SVP?
