Topic: FPS keeps changing

Hey guys,

for some reason my mpc hc keeps changing the FPS even though it's already at 60 fps. At first it always changes to 2:1 = 60 FPS and then to some random numbers like 30.xxx * (35:17) = 30.xxx FPS.

I don't know why this happens because I didn't change anything. Oh and it only happens when I watch streams.

Got any ideas?

open ffdshow propeties on "Info" tab and check "Movie FPS" value - this is where SVP gets source FPS rate
if it shows some strange numbers may be you need to change splitter filter - LAV splitter source vs. Haali Splitter

Is it possible that the stream movies using vbr instead of fpr?

Maybe. Closer look to that video stream is needed.

Hmm ok I think I can narrow it down a bit. I tried several streams and the problem doesn't occur. Seems to be only happening when I watch Riotgames LoL stream. Unfortunately they don't stream right now so I'll have to check again in 4 days.
