subtitles are built into video and you have some frame cropping enabled?

Frame crop is disabled atleast in SVP I'm using Daum Potplayer btw and I'm new to it

AutoCrop is enabled at your screenshoot. Your video has different black bars at start and at point with subtitles. Just restart AutoCrop function at place with subtitles or disable AutoCrop function.

When subtitles will be truncated again show here your debuginfo: SVP tray menu - Information - Additional information.
