Topic: SVP Stuttering

So I did everything the tutorial told me to do and it stutters I have tried the fixes with ReClock but does no effect.

My specs:

i7-4770k
16GB RAM 1600MHz
GTX 780

Download any 60 fps video (you can take 60Hz video from page Frame interpolation overview). And play it at your system without SVP.
Is it stuttering to you?
