Topic: Why are some videos ultra smooth, and some average?

For example, I have 2 copies of the same movie, one is HD and one 480, SVP has a better effect on the 480, not that it's bad on the HD, does it have something to do with the original frame-rate?...and would something like reclock make them all look alike? Sorry but I'm a noob at this.

OK, It seems the default presets have much to do with it....I'm learning. smile
