Topic: VSPMgr.exe problem

Hello guys, i have problem when i install SVP, after instal there is no icon in taskbar near clock. Also when i try to run as ADMINISTRATOR VSPMgr.exe doesn't work. This is how it's look >>> http://imgur.com/MTY8i1R
Specs. windows 8.1 64bit,

Wow. It is strange. Never seen such message.
Did you unblock this file in the Properties window from context menu?
