Topic: Fill the black bars

I'm watching a documentary 1280x720....no black bars.
They cut to old footage a lot and the " Fill the black bars" cuts in (with the SVP text)
Kinda annoying. I could turn it off but I like it when the whole video has bars.
Maybe there is a way to detect this so I don't have to go and change the setting back and forth.

Turn it on when you want it....and when it is flawed turn it off....Gotcha...lol
