Topic: How do I make this go away?

See the shit at the top and bottom of the image that is blurry? Where the black bars should be? How do I make that go away? I just upgraded from SVP 3.X to 4.0 this morning and suddenly I have this blurry crap. What is causing it, how do I make it stop? It's incredibly distracting. My video source is physical blu-ray discs (legal ones).

glorious. many thanks. To save ppl hunting, the option he or she mentions is in the SVP menus, not in MPC-HC.
