Topic: payment cannot be processed

Tried to buy and pay using my paypal account and the payment cannot be processed, i have $$$ on the account.

well i used 2 seperate paypal accounts in good standing that i use everyday and same problem.  Just wondering if its in your end?

this is what i get soon as i place my user and password on the paypal page:

Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

Note that this is upon login with 2 seperate paypal accounts... i dont even get to the payment review screen, its an automatic redirect to that error i posted

I can't even imagine what restrictions could possibly PayPal apply to transactions where sender is from Peru and the receiver is in Russia...
All I know we're continuously receiving payments from around the world w/o any issues.

Hi, I also get this exact same problem when attempting to buy SVP 4 Pro. I am currently trying from the United Kingdom.
