Topic: SVP 4 not working with MPC-HC; what am I doing wrong?

I recently restored my PC and installed all the programs back, including SVP 4. I have completed the MPC-HC setup according to this: https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/SVP:MPC-HC

My external filters look like this:

However, when I press Play --> filters, the order appears like this without ffdshow appearing anywhere:

What am I doing wrong?

To clarify, SVP 4 works with mpv player. Please help!

On the first screen click 'ffdShow raw video filter' item and then select 'prefer' (it must become enabled).

It is already set to be preferred.

then open ffdShow raw settings and check at Codecs tab is Raw video format enabled to decode.

I don't know why it worked but disabling my antivirus softwares (Avast + MBAM) and then reinstalling it for the fourth time worked. The three previous times were with the antivirus softwares left on. So bizarre but hey, it works now! The ffdshow filter is now appearing in my taskbar and SVP 4 is working as intended with MPC-HC.

Disabling MBAM (and reinstalling) actually worked for me as well. So MBAM is the culprit.
