Topic: Is there a way for me to watch 1080p video without stutter?

I only can watch 720p video with 60fps without lagg. If I watched 1080p, it will stutter so bad. Is there a way?

BTW, I used SVP 3.1.7

Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo E7200 @2.53GHz
4GB RAM
Graphic AMD6670
Windows 7

nope, c2d is too weak for 1080p
