Topic: The best OPTIMAL settings for anime? [High-end PC]

I'd like the best maxed-out optimal settings for anime shows as the reddit thread that I visited shown settings a year ago.

Preferably one with artifacts masking disabled as I rather have the artifacts shown to enjoy the smoothness of the animation but if you have a way to minimize artifacts while having artifacts masking disabled, that'll be great!

I have an Intel Core i7 6700 and NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti (Not sure if graphic card has a part to play in it but I would just put it here)

The only time I really notice artifacts is around the edge of the screen when it pans very quickly.
You can try masking off completely but I feel like weakest is pretty good, you can also try complicated shader but it sometimes misbehaves for me.

But really, it's pretty personal what looks good to each person so maybe play around with it.
Yes I set my monitor to 71.928 Hz to watch anime.

edit: oh I should have mentioned, I have an overclocked 6600k and a 980Ti. In your SVP settings go to application settings > gpu acceleration > choose your GPU.

Can you tell me where to input these settings? They don't look like anything in the application and I can't find a config file.
