Topic: Media player classic not opening videos

Hi. I just tried SVP and had fun and then decided to get pro to support the developers.
Now I am encountering an issue where the Video is notn oading and MHC PC is stuck on "Opening..."
and also, i saw that in the task manager there are a bunch of "Report Sending Utility" processes while the player is running.

Can you please help? I am new here so I have no idea how to fix this.

I've looked to your problem report. Looks like all is fine.
Please check if exit SVP and open video in MPC-HC without SVP loaded is MPC-HC still showing "Opening..." and nothing happens?
If yes then try to change renderer to EVR Custom: Enhanced Video Render (custom presenter) and select D3D Fullscreen option.

Thanks for the reply. But, I've tried what was suggested and the same thing happens.

SVP is just an additional filter running inside the video player.

Can you open a video with SVP turned off at all?
What's happening when you turn SVP on while playing video?
