Also just FYI, something on your page is breaking the ability to right-click. Fortunately RightToCopy seems to fix it but you should probably take a look at that.

Really good guide, I actually am impressed.
I think Step 2 can be easily exchanged for a simple note to "Sort files by last changed date in Scrypts folder" at the beginning of Step 10 (which will become 9 if Step 2 gets deleted).
Also I think "file without SVP open" should be slightly changed to "with SVP being temporary disabled or closed". There is a function Temporary disable SVP in context menu and CP exactly for these cases.
So far this is the best Guide I have ever seen about converting to 60 fps. Oh yeah! Another note about 250%. You should mention that this final result may vary if different video multiplier has been used (ex. 30>60 = 200%, 25>100 = 400%, etc).
