Topic: SVP reloading every few minutes

Hello guys,
I just have a small question about SVP.
I installed it and left all settings as they are, but I've got the problem that SVP seems to "restart" rendering the videos very often, which is pretty annoying, since it stutters for a short time at that moment.

Since there are no recommended options/a guide, to what I should set up for specific hardware (for example, as output is the "Enhanced Video Renderer (custom)" chosen, instead of madVR and I don't know if they're both the same, since they look like that; or, if I should use DXVA2 (copy back) instead of NVIDIA CUVID or vise versa)..

Of course I did the performance test of SVP itself and didn't change any options there, but it seems to me that anything went wrong at that part, I will try doing that test again while waiting for answers.

As for my hardware, since this matters too:
GTX 1080Ti
i5 4570k@5Ghz (at 100% utilization with a 1080p Video)
16GB DDR3 1866Mhz CL9

Please tell me if I've forgotten something and thanks for all answers in advance

P.S.: Even with those problems, SVP is a lifesaver and I think I couldn't life without it anymore

Edit:
I just downclocked to 4.5Ghz and it seems that the performance did get better (CPU isn't at 100% for all the time on 1080p Videos); either my PSU is dying, or my mainboard.
I still have the problem with the "reloading" though.

Re: SVP reloading every few minutes

Show the log (SVP tray menu - Information - Events log) or just send error report to us (SVP tray menu - Information - Send problem report).
It looks like you have variable framerate (VFR) video. We need to check it.

Here is the event-log.

Just noticed too, that it changes the framerate from 119.XX to 121.XX, which seems to be the problem for me

Re: SVP reloading every few minutes

I see 5 videos in the log:
1.

Media: video 1920x1080 [PAR 1.000] at 29.970 fps [constant]
Media: codec type is AVC, YUV/4:2:0/8 bits

This video is working good without switching ro new framesrate.
2.

Media: video 1920x1080 [PAR 1.000] at 29.970 fps [constant]
Media: codec type is AVC, YUV/4:2:0/8 bits

The same. This video is working good without switching to new framesrate.
3.

Media: video 1920x1080 [PAR 1.000] at 29.970 fps [constant]
Media: codec type is AVC, YUV/4:2:0/8 bits

The same again. This video is working good without switching to new framesrate.
4.

Media: video 1280x720 [PAR 1.000] at 0.000 fps [constant]
Media: source frame rate is unknown!
Media: codec type is AVC, YUV/4:2:0/8 bits
Media: 23.976 fps (via ffdshow)

This video with 0 fps in the header of video file. MediaInfo can't get real framerate. And As we can see the video has Variable FrameRate (VFR). It consists of parts with differebt framerate.

14:59:25.133 (I): Playback [b11a8]: playing at 119.88 [23.976 *5/1]
15:00:22.860 (I): Playback [b11a8]: source frame rate changed to 30.073
15:00:22.869 (I): Playback [b11a8]: playing at 120.292 [30.073 *4/1]

I see only one switching from 23.976 to 30.073 fps and SVP need to change smoothing factor from 5/1 to 4/1 to get 120 fps at the output.
5.

Media: video 1280x720 [PAR 1.000] at 0.000 fps [constant]
Media: source frame rate is unknown!
Media: codec type is AVC, YUV/4:2:0/8 bits
Media: 23.976 fps (via ffdshow)

This video with 0 fps in the header of video file. MediaInfo can't get real framerate too. But As I can see the video is usual constant framerate (CFR) video. No switching.

So. Only One video from 5 is VFR and only with that video has switching issue because of it content.
What the video is it? Anime?

Re: SVP reloading every few minutes

The video was an Anime-Movie, that's why it got a bit annoying for me switching the fps every few minutes (the movie went nearly 2 hours).
This log was from after reinstalling SVP though, if it matters. (I switched through some videos to see where it happened, but it was really only this one movie).
I fixed it for this movie with fixing the fps to 120, instead of automatic
