Topic: Noticeable difference between native and interpolated refresh rates
Greetings reader,
I have a 60-75Hz refresh rate monitor,
Now let's say I've set SVP to "Movie x4" (~ 90+ fps for movies).
Having done that, I would like to know if my native refresh rate (60Hz) is indeed the upper-bound limit of 'noticeable' refresh rate?
That is, would i be able to see those extra frames manifest as 'extra soap/smoothness', despite my native refresh rate being lower?
Or am i convincing myself of an 'extra smoothness' that isn't really there?
As always, Thank you dear reader.
Regards,
Jude
