Currently, I have it set so that whenever I perform a jump, it takes me 3 seconds back/forward, but everytime I do so with SVP enabled the video lags and/or stutters for about 3 seconds, is there a way to fix this?

How do I do that? I just downloaded it (SVP)
You can just put avisynth.dll into the video player's folder. There's no need to install it via the installer.
Where do I get the avisynth.dll?
However it still won't seek immediately with SVP enabled.
