Topic: Really bad performance

i7 2600k - overclocked to 4.2ghz (3.4ghz base)
Nvidia 1060GTX 6GB
8GB DDR3

All drivers up to date

I watch a video at 720p and my CPU usage stays above 70% any ideas why?
Its also very very laggy playing 1080p videos,  doesnt matter which fps settings i lock, it can be 60,120,144 I just get a really bad performance out of it.
Im sure my pc can handle  144 fps fine, cause it doesnt make sense

probably the "resize to screen" option is turned on?

Its off that setting ... my monitor is 144hz

But i had SVP and  all of its components  installed in my SSD.
I removed everything and did a fresh install on my normal HD, after that i could run fine 1080p at 144fps which is odd
Do you think it could of been my ssd?

I can run now with 80% cpu load super fine no lag or shuttering.

Nope, it was some configuration option incorrectly set.
