Topic: SVP Pro Update Problems

I recently updated to a newer version of SVP4 Pro and it seemed successful. However, when I try to open SVP a pop-up box appears prompting me to activate my copy despite it being active for close to a year now. Putting in the correct licence key details results in a message saying too many activations for the licence. Prior updates have all been ok. Do I need to remove my computer from the licence manager and reinstall, or is there another fix?

remove - yes, reinstall - no
just remove and activate

I forgot my router burned out and a new one installed, which I think changed my ip address.
