Topic: SVP MPV 10 bit not working?

Just as the title says, every time I get the "VS - unsupported output format" error

mpc-qt also doesnt work, changed the paths, deleted the mpv dll from the qt folder and every time I try to open a file it just stops working

Do you have 10 bit color in SVP enabled?

SVP Menu -> Application Settings -> Additional options -> Allow output in 10 bit color depth

I haven't used mpc-qt but have you checked the instructions in this thread

yes, the problem came with the last update of SVP.. before that they both worked

Hmm, is it possible that you have backed up older version of SVP for a comparison replacing executable?

there was reports from Linux users that something is broken in mpv 0.26
still investigating...

They partially dropped P10 colorspace for an unknown reason hmm probably just by mistake - let's find out

If Vapoursynth script outputs in P8 or P16 - it works, but P10 is not supported here anymore.

Uploading updated Windows packages now...

Linux / macOS users should avoid 0.26 if they want 10-bit output.
