BTW, anyone interested in macOS build?
I'm glad that I've bought SVP 4 Pro but is there any chance of mpv based players (with mpc-hc's development slowly halting) to be ever be included in the free version of the software?
It seems to be impossible to properly play HorribleSubs files with mpc-qt together with SVP. Why can't they just encode their files properly?
I just saw this. What benefits does this provide over MPC-HC for SVP?

Well if you would check their website out it would list its features and improvements. It's also very easy to setup and you don't need to deal with stuff like MadVR because similar types of filters are available in the program itself. Unfortunately it doesn't play well with HorribleSubs encodes (with SVP enabled) because they don't know how to properly encode files.
I followed all the instructions from the first post but every time I try to open a video file with mpv-qt it crashes. Any ideas why?

report crash and attach mpv log
I think the latest SVP update crashed it
nope, with all the latest updates and today's mpc-qt version "v17.08" it works
Indeed it is now working with the latest mpc-qt update
If i remove mpv-1.dll it dosen't start at all for me, it just gives an error message asking for that file.
I am guessing that indicate that my path/phytonpath environment variables didn't work, right?
Because otherwise mpc-qt without the mpc-1.dll should read that from the mpv64 directories i think.
But something is wrong.......

yep

But when i check with echo %PATH% it shows up like it should and i can for example start mpv.com from the mpv64 directory from any directory i want in cmd.
So that mean i should have the right and working path and phytonpath in environment variables i think and it is some other reason it dosen't work.....
Any ideas to test?
Would madvr work with it? I assume not

its same as mpv
SVP breaks MPC-QT v17.10 for Windows found here https://github.com/cmdrkotori/mpc-qt/releases . v17.09 it works fine. On startup of 17.10 program, it crashes. Does not crash if SVP is exited completely from system. Computer: Windows 10
What is the video renderer used on mpc-qt and how can i switch to opengl-hq for example??
How do i keep changes i made when i close mpc-qt?
Thanks!!!
New version is out. Has this been fixed yet?

not for me
Got mpc qt to start but svp doesnt kick in

It seems like is just working in v17.09 for the moment
Does this work with SVP at the moment? Just reinstalling in windows 10

its a mess. I went back to mpv
With mpv I use the zoomfunction added in the mpv.conf: "Alt+# add video-zoom -0.25"
Is there a way to do that with MPC-QT as well? As it is not using a conf file.....But there is a keys.json
And I can confirm the 9 version works, 10 and 11 dont
