Start to  test and see a bit low progress with benchmark.
Check did GPU accelerate work and find that no.
When you add GTX 1070 ti support to acceleraton in GPU supported?

reinstall GPU drivers if you are on win10

Your GTX1070 must be in the list: SVP tray menu - Application settings - GPU accceleration

Use this application to perform a clean, full uninstall of your GPU drivers :

After that, download and install the latest official drivers from Nvidia website.
Restart your PC.
BAM, you're done, launch SVP and enable GPU acceleration.
