Issues with youtube_dl from a year ago

I just ran into this issue the same issue as a post nearly a year ago https://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3884

I did find out how to fix this issue temporarily you have to remove all python installations already on your PC and delete all paths to python from system environment

but.. I would prefer to be able to use my own python installations in the future
