Topic: SVPTube 2: 'Unable to download webpage' error

Hi,

I have SVP 4 Pro and I'm getting the error in the image attached when trying to load any video from YouTube via the clipboard.

Is there any more information that I need to provide?

you'd better copy error text from the Events log

not sure but you probably need to define a proxy

you can do it from the "Authentication" submenu

It did work previously without one but suddenly stopped working. I've never needed to use a proxy before so I don't have any details to add. I'm going to try and reinstall it.

Do you have any other idea of things I can check.
