Topic: I want to SVP transcode thousands of files. IS there a batch mode?

I transcoded my test video today, and everything worked well.
Now I want to transcode several thousand video files. Is there a batch mode / commandline to accomplish this?

You can open more than one file to transcode

But like I said, there are 5 thousand videos, in as many directories. Isn't there a way to point it to a directory tree of video files and just let her run?
Kind of like a commandline that takes a /S command for subdirectories?

I'm not sure this's really a common task hmm
You've to either add files folder by folder or find a way to place all of them into one folder. Probably making a symbolic links will be enough...
