Having trouble buying SVP4 pro

As in title, I'm having trouble buying the program.

From the wiki purchase page I select pay with card directly.

Then I follow the required steps to pay with a mastercard. I verify the card has enough cash.

After entering all the details I'm told to expect a message from my bank with a autorization code, which I am to input on a designated field.

The problem is, the message does not arrive and there is no field to input the code even if I had one.

Please advise. I have the possibility to pay with paypal but it would take a unnecessary amount of time to do so.
