What is resolution of screen?

Change madVR renderer to EVR custom presenter. It will use GPU not so intensively.

Hi, gpu usage is very low, plus I'm running 2 rtx 2080tis in nvlink. I prefer to use madvr. screen is 2160/3840

Probably display mode switch is active or something like that. Check madVR's OSD - what is the indicated refresh rate is windowed and fullscreen modes.
