Topic: Can SVP work with H265. Cant find ffdshow in Codec Tweak Tool

Im trying to boost fps in VR with Whirligig to 90fps on my h265 videos. Is this possible and how? I wasnt seeing ffdshow as a choice in Codec Tweak Tool under Preferred Decoders for H265 sad(

yep, ffdshow can't decode h265
