Topic: S V P does not open in my windows

as i used svp pro before in windows 7 but after new window installation it does not work as show missing dll files and after install such dll files that shows The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) . as SVP is all ok in windows 10 in any addition

And how you fixed it? the launch error is about broken or somehow mixed 32-/64-bit dependency dlls.
I can suggest to reinstall latest VC++ redistributables 32-bit manually: https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

The other error during the installation - for some reason SVPManager.exe created with a run-as-admin flag. Not sure why, probably you're running installation "as Administrator"? Don't do this.
