Topic: How to fully use GTX960 to transcoding?

I just get the software working, when I try to transcoding a video, it uses the CPU 100%, but GPU only 1%.
I am thinking how to let the software use GTX960, maybe that could share some pressure with CPU.

Thank you! Now it is using 20%-30% of the GPU, is it possible to let it use more?
