Topic: 120+ fps while playing 60 fps video

Hello guys!
I have 144Hz monitor. I've noticed that I can't get SVP working on 60 fps video files (mp4, youtube). As I play them, SVP sees that it is 60 fps, enables a profile, where I set a framerate to 144Hz, but the video is still played at 60 fps (I've tried to use 59.940 fps and 60 fps source, interpolating to 75, 90, 120, 144 fps)
Interesting thing, when I use 30 fps video as a souce I can get 60fps and even 144. Obviously it looks terrible at 144 fps due to massive artifacts.
Does anyone has the same problem? Is that a bug or just I'm doing anything wrong?

Thank you very much! It is working great with mp4 (youtube and files), but it seems like it can't boost 60 fps vp9 video anyways. But it's not a big issue as I can just use mp4 source
