Topic: SVP Pro + MPC-64 bit pauses then skips a little ahead

Hi team,

noticed recently that when I play  clip in MPC-HC 64bit version, the video starts then stops for about 1 second then skips forward like fast forwarding for 1 sec (can see the frames jump) and then it settles down. I've just updated the MPC Player with latest updates through SVP manager.
Is there something wrong with my setup? The SVP processing is through a GTX-1080, running on an i3-4160 CPU with 12Gigs DDR 3 Memory.

what i've noticed is that the pause and skip doesn't occur when I disabled the GPU accleration so I'm updating the GPU driver to see if that makes any difference.
