Topic: Low usage of Gpu and Cpu

No matter which setting i use i can't stress my cpu or gpu higher than %20. I don't have frame drops and everything seems okey but i am not sure if it is tough. Is there a way to stress them more ?

If it worked well at 20% why need more?
Just watch videos and be happy smile

To stress test CPU and GPU you can use special software.

I asked because i thought maybe low usage may create more artifacts smile And i want to ask if there is a tweak which makes svp even smoother ?
