Processing sequence of SVP and madvr

When the potplayer is playing, I want to know the running order of SVP and madvr
SVP first processes 24 Hz to 60 Hz and then sends it to madvr.
Or it is madvr processing first, and then processing the SVP from 24 Hz to 60 Hz.
