Topic: Force to work on the 60fps video source ?
When the video source is 60 fps, SVP won't work. Is there a way to force it to work as my monitor is 100Hz.

In the latest version, "confusing “frc.target.max” value replaced with a dedicated “Ignore HFR sources” video profile"
Now how to enable ? Deleting “Ignore HFR sources” video profile doesn't work.

You go to that profile and click on a button "Enable/Disable smoothing" just like in each another profile.
I am really confused because I am not seeing frc.target.max in the settings, and Ignore HFR source tab in the menu does not show any option called "Enable/Disable smoothing". I believe the wiki needs to be updated.
It is the new way to force work 60 FPS. Now it is SVP profile "Ignore HFR sources".
You need to select this profile and click button: Do frame rate conversion.

I dont know why its not working. Any suggestions?

bad idea
either increase the frame rate limit or remove the profile completely instead
